Lan Nguyen

My name is Lan Nguyen. I am a Realtor at one of the top 10 real estate companies in the U.S. by providing customer service excellence in all real estate related services to our residential and commercial customers throughout our service areas, Realty One Group. Below is my professional experience and qualifications:

Graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a BA degree in General Business and Management. I received my Texas Real Estate license in 2000 and I'm a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate.

Over 20 years managing diverse retail and residential properties, including leasing, property improvements, maintenance management, budget administration, accounts payable/receivable maintenance, contract negotiation, vendor/tenant relations, and training and supervising staff in all aspects of operations.

A well-rounded Realtor who possess a “can do” attitude by providing real estate services to my clients whether they are looking for a home or a retail space. I understand the fundamental requirements/regulations to help my clients find what they need to fulfill their dreams of ownership.
