FRANCISCO MOLLEDA is an Intercontinental University graduate with a degree in Sciences Communication and his Master's in Business Administration from the same University. With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate since 2003, he has focused primarily on managing and redeveloping Commercial and Residential Properties. He decided to become a Real Estate Professional License in Texas to expand the needs of his projects and continue with the goal of putting first the interests of his clients; always seeking the best has made a big deal of this industry. Bobbie Persky has been a Texas REALTOR® since 2007, proudly representing buyers and sellers in the Greater Houston Area, encompassing seven counties' real estate markets. Bobbie is a native Houstonian, where she has lived for over 50 years, watching it grow into a vibrant, diverse community where she raised three daughters.

After working in the legal sector for over 30 years, she returned to college in 2006 to pursue an Associate Degree in Real Estate from San Jacinto College, where she was voted Outstanding Real Estate Student of the Year. She continued her education by earning numerous Designations.

During her career, Bobbie has been active in various organizations in the real estate community, including serving as Secretary of the Women's Council of REALTORS Lake Houston Chapter, member of the Houston Association of REALTORS Education Committee, member of the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, and an associate member of the Greater Houston Builders Association. She achieved the Houston Association of REALTORS Top 100 Producers in 2010 and first quarter of 2011. In 2013, Bobbie earned her Brokers License.
